Eagle Creek has always required customers to get their item to our repair team to complete a warranty repair and we are now happy to pass along our FedEx discount to offer prepaid labels.

1. Receive a repair authorization.
2. Select your preferred repair center.
3. Add to cart.
   
4. Checkout.
5. Our team will follow up with a prepaid FedEx label as soon as possible.
6. Print and ship!
