- Open your Eagle Creek bag
- Look along the seam for a white tag. Sometimes there are a set of tags.
- Find the product code on the top and typically smallest tag.
- Use the search above to find parts for your Eagle Creek bag.
- Note: Older bags did not include a product number. Please submit a repair request for assistance. We are unable to identify a bag by a PO#.
