How to I locate my product code?

  1. Open your Eagle Creek bag
  2. Look along the seam for a white tag. Sometimes there are a set of tags.
  3. Find the product code on the top and typically smallest tag.
  4. Use the search above to find parts for your Eagle Creek bag.
  • Note: Older bags did not include a product number. Please submit a repair request for assistance. We are unable to identify a bag by a PO#.

Do replacement parts cost?

Our No Matter What Warranty covers all functional repairs at no additional cost to you when you send your item to an authorized Eagle Creek Repair Center.

Our DIY repair kits are offered as a convenient option for customers who prefer to make quick, simple fixes at home like wheel or handle replacements - without sending the bag in.

Because the warranty covers repairs performed by Eagle Creek, not parts shipped for self-installation, the DIY kits include a small charge to cover the cost of the part, packaging and shipping.
