This bag was produced in the 90's and will not have a video to complete wheel repair.

Order wheels at your own risk

Note: Any damage occurred will void the warranty.

1. Open the main compartment
2. Open/ remove the interior liner away so you can see the bottom
3. Remove the pop plastic tree rivet if it is still on.
4. Lift the flat plastic sheet to be able to manipulate within that area
5. Remove the 3 silver Philip screws
6. Remove the hard plastic piece that covers the wheel area
7. At this point you will be able to see the silver axles that hold the wheels. These axles are assembled with 2 silver C-clips on each side.
8. Remove one of the silver C-clips (the one it is in between the two plastic walls) using a long nose pair of pliers.
9. Push the axles toward the center of the luggage all the way out.
10. Remove the old wheels out
11. Place the new  wheels in and align the axles back in using the same pair of pliers.
12. Place the C-clip back
13. Add the silver washers
    1. These can be hard to align on each side of the wheel but is needed before putting it back on.
    2. The wheels work without the washer, but these are not the original wheels and they will feel loose. The washer will provide a much better fit.
14. Place everything back together and you're done.
